By using SecondStory or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Our products

SecondStory sells curated pre-loved fashion. Because our pieces are pre-owned and often one of one, minor signs of previous use may be present. Product descriptions, photographs, size information and condition notes are provided to help you make an informed decision.

Product availability

Most pieces are unique and available in limited quantities. An item is not reserved until an order has been successfully placed and accepted.

Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in Indian rupees (₹). We may change prices or promotions without prior notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted. Payment must be successfully completed through an available payment method or accepted cash-on-delivery option.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, a pricing or catalogue error is identified, payment cannot be verified, or fulfilment is not possible. If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the payment method or process available to us.

Shipping

We currently ship within India. Standard shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹1,999 and free for orders of ₹1,999 or more, subject to the shipping terms shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
