Where we ship

SecondStory currently ships to addresses within India.

Shipping charges

• Orders below ₹1,999: ₹79 standard shipping.
• Orders of ₹1,999 or more: Free standard shipping.

Processing

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch after payment or order confirmation. Because SecondStory is a curated pre-loved store, fulfilment may depend on the availability and condition of each individual piece.

Delivery

Estimated delivery timing can vary by destination, courier capacity, weather and other circumstances outside our control. The delivery estimate shown at checkout or communicated after dispatch should be treated as an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs where available so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.
